To create a public benefit, grassroots,
non-profit, multi-service, community organization, with the intent to
develop positive alternatives that promote
the educational, psychological, and physiological changes and benefits of
the human-animal-environmental interaction and thus create a more equitable
and healthy environment for both humans and animals to live in and share.
It further intends to cultivate the needs and services of the entire
community, both human and animal in a humane and benevolent manner. |

Renegades Save Our Service Animals Foundation and Renegades Baltimore
Assistance Dog
will work to overcome the plight of the abandoned and homeless companion animal by
retraining them as Service, Assistance, and Therapy Animals for the Disabled
and Senior Community; plus Medical Care and Treatment for these hard-working
Canines and Felines via private donations and Veterinarians willing to
donate their services or give a more than reasonable discount. |

Save Our Service Animals
Foundation and Baltimore Assistance Dog will advocate for the rights of all
tenants and community members, to include the elderly and the disabled, to
have companion animals (both Mascots and Service, Assistance, & Therapy
Animals). We will work to educate the General Public and Landlords as
to the laws and benefits, both psychological and physiological, of allowing
their tenants to maintain companion animals. Through this
program we will work to generate a set of national rules and regulations
that will provide a framework to best accomplish this task and that will
protect the environment as well. In addition, we will assist tenants
with Social Service Issues and Disabilities that can directly or indirectly
affect their relationships with their companion animals and/or the
community. |

Foundation and Baltimore Assistance Dog will promote respect, compassion, reverence, and understanding of our interactions with
all living creatures, the environment, and one another. Renegades Save
Our Service Animals
Foundation and Baltimore Assistance Dog will
observe developments in the community and environment which could influence our
Service, Assistance, and Therapy Animals, the Disabled Community Members, and the
Organization's operations, and provide accommodations to the changing
circumstances as necessary in pursuance of the Renegades Save Our Service
Animals Foundation and
Baltimore Assistance Dog Vision and Mission. The Organization will work
relentlessly to enhance the dignity and self-confidence of both the Service,
Assistance, and Therapy
Animals and the individuals who utilized them. Renegades Save Our
Service Animals Foundation
and Baltimore Assistance Dog Foundation will continuously
provide assistance so that the relationship between the Service, Assistance,
and Therapy Animal and the
person with the Disability will strengthened. The Organization will work to
enlightened the General Public as to the needs of companion animals and their role in the
environment and participate in public policy issues of said consideration.
The Organization will network with other organizations to better educate the
Community as to the consequences of irresponsible behavior toward Animals,
the Disabled, and the Environment. |

Dog Service, Assistance, and
Therapy Animal Members are the exclusive writers of a unique
Newsletter. Through their eyes, you will learn about the experiences
of being a Service, Assistance, and Therapy Animal or just a companion
animal; and you will
better understand what it is like to have been homeless. If your companion Animal wishes to contribute to this Newsletter, please

Baltimore Assistance Dog will uphold the vision, mission, and values of the organization by way of
technological advances. Through this method, the Organization will
advocate, enlightened, and educate the general population, businesses, and
others about Service and Therapy Animals, Mascots and even Wildlife.
Via technology and The Organization's Website, Renegades Save Our
Service Animals Foundation, will network with other small animal rescue
organizations and sponsor other small animal rescue organizations.
Presently a member of the NYC Animal Care & Control "NEW HOPE PROGRAM". |

Foundation and Baltimore Assistance Dog believes that by voting for candidates
that are Service, Assistance, and Therapy Animal friendly (WE
DO NOT ADVOCATE FOR ANY PARTICULAR CANDIDATE),
you will preserve the freedom to own the Service, Assistance, and Therapy
Animal of your
choice--regardless of breed, weight, or size. You will further
preserve the freedom to live
RESPONSIBLY with your Service,
Assistance, and Therapy Animal in
the community of your choice. In addition, you will preserve the
freedom to walk your pet in public parks and spaces and to preserve your
data privacy concerning your Service, Assistance, and Therapy Animal. Finally,
for all animals that are simply family mascots (pets), you will
SAVE THE LIVES OF THOUSANDS OF DOGS and/or CATS THAT WOULD EITHER BE
HOMELESS and/or PUT TO SLEEP AT THE SHELTERS, SUCH AS ANIMAL CONTROL AND
ASPCA/SPCA bECAUSE THEY ARE NOT
ALLOWED TO LIVE WITH YOU.

Renegades Save Our Service Animals Foundation and Baltimore Assistance Dog realizes that the majority of the human population are unaware
of the damaging extent of the anti-dog / anti-cat legislation and policies,
until it effects them personally. These laws and measures include the

SIZE RESTRICTIONS

The Issues Are Local…
Local Town Councils are constantly passing numerous anti-dog and/or anti-cat
ordinances that unfairly target and negatively impact
RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS,
who seem to find it increasingly
difficult to own dogs and/or cats.
IF YOU CANNOT OWN A CERTAIN BREED
IF YOU CANNOT OBTAIN RENTERS OR
HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE DUE TO THE BREED AND/OR MIX OF BREED
IF YOU ARE LIMITED BY THE NUMBER OF PETS
IF YOU ARE LIMITED BY THE WEIGHT OR SIZE
OF THE PET
IF YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM WALKING A
LEASHED PET IN A PUBLIC PARK OR ANY PUBLIC SPACE
It makes it almost impossible to own a
canine and/or feline. MOST
OF ALL IT PROMOTES THE KILLING (PUTTING TO SLEEP) OF THOUSANDS OF
WONDERFUL PETS, WHO ONLY WANT TO SHARE A HOME WITH US. THIS DOES NOT
COVER THE THOUSANDS THAT WOULD BE HOMELESS IN THE STREETS BECOMING ILL
AND/OR HUNGRY.
The Solution -- VOTE…
VOTE for dog-friendly and/or cat-friendly
candidates in your next local or state election! Regardless of
political affiliations, pet owners should let their candidates know of the
importance of being pet friendly and how anti-dog and/or anti-cat
legislation can affect our relationships with our innocent four legged
companion animals.
There's only one positive solution to the
anti-pet laws and measures -- VOTE FOR PET FRIENDLY CANDIDATES
